Returns & Exchanges

At Footgear, we want you to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making it right as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Package Your Shoes

    Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach the Label

    Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or replacement.
